Description

There are a lot of strategies out there for time management. 

However, what we need to understand, is that there is a direct link between how we manage time and our wellbeing.  

The solution for strengthening this lies in our ability to do 3 things:  

1. Be intentional with how we spend our time. 

2. Know our non-negotiables, align these to our values and plan for these. 

3. Be flexible, because life happens, and stressing about things not going to plan causes us more harm than good.  

Even though things such as planning, scheduling, and working through our lists are also valuable strategies, these 3 main ideas underpin all areas of managing time to support wellbeing.
