Stress. It is unavoidable. A series of events these last few weeks (mainly due to traveling), have left me contemplating how we get better at managing everyday stress. Rathers than try and avoid stressful situations (you'll hear me explain more about this in the podcast), sometimes we need to focus instead on:
1. Recognising the signs of stress.
2. Work through the emotion of stress, releasing the energy and intensity in a healthy and resourceful way.
3. Understand why we are stressed and use it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
