Kat is the podcast host of Vibing Consciously Podcast, an artist, photographer, and a metaphysical teacher. As a master of many energetic practices, she has dedicated her life to guiding others through healing and transformation.
Having experienced three near-death experiences, the first at just three years old, Kat embodies her gifts of those experiences by channeling energy from all timelines and frequencies to help heal the body down to the cellular memory, and the information encoded in our deep within our DNA.
With a background of CPTSD from decades of trauma, she is now committed to helping others heal their trauma and the physical and mental diseases caused by holding such energy in the body, and she believes the best way to do teach others is through her own experience. By doing this work, and with the support of transcendental meditation, Kat has healed her own autoimmune disease, severe environmental allergies, and much more.
Not only that, but she has unlocked her inner creator that gives her inspiration for art, music, and more. Kat is a wealth of knowledge, all presented with zero judgement or expectations. Her mission is to heal herself first and foremost, and through healing herself, she is creating a ripple effect that aids others in healing themselves too.
