NATIVE AMERICAN MUSICAL TRAILBLAZER
Tsianina traveled with composer Charles Wakefield Cadman and performed Native American music in America and Europe. Cadman created the opera "Shanewis", based on her autobiographical stories and performed by her. In retirement, she promoted archeological and ethnological research related to Native Americans.
