Hi friends!! Happy mental health awareness month :) God, CREATOR & SUSTAINER of the whole world CARES for us and desires that we care for each other. We have the power to overcome physical desires AND evil thoughts! We have to CHOOSE to submit our bodies and minds to Jesus. Once we have done that, we must do what the Word says and be the body of Christ by caring for each other’s physical & mental states! 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, Paul addresses the Corinthian Christians to stop looking on the outward appearance and accusing Paul of having a deceitful ministry because his letters are bold but in person, he is gentle… there’s a time for boldness & calling out sin and a time for gentleness & empathy. Stop looking outwardly, focus inwardly to help your own physical & mental state AND to help others physical and mental states!!!
