I’m willing to bet that you’ve had trainers and gym memberships before. You may even have them now! You stretch yourself thin (with your crazy schedule) going to classes and you do your best, but somehow your results are taking forever. What’s missing is a program that would be created for you. With your current body, schedule, equipment, injuries accounted for. Plan that would be possible for you to execute with what you have NOW. Plan that would get you from point A to B fast. Not because it’s a crash diet/program but because it’s proven to work. Listen, how my own dissatisfaction with my body, led me to creating bbm training method.
