Let me guide you through a lower body workout today. It’s NOT the usual high intensity BBM workout but one you could do after or before a stressful or an overwhelming day. This is a silence, almost meditative movement. You can perform it at home, on vacation or in a gym. You will need weights, thick cloth loop band and a bench/box/chair. You can also execute it body weight. The purpose of this episode is to help you move your emotions through your body.
