Not sure about you, but I’m very serious about my bedtime routine. Getting solid sleep guarantees me great rest and it makes me productive, strong, healthy and able to do all the things that I’m committed to doing in life. Pretty much every night, I listen to visualizations, guided self-hypnosis or meditations like the one I recorded for you.
