These days, I blast my anxiety’s butt the same way I blast bbm glutes during live workouts, effectively and with ease. But it wasn’t always the case. I used to have no idea what to do when I felt anxious. I’d be in a fog, unable to produce anything, and I’d massively make myself wrong for it too. Now, I scan my life, all of the important areas of it, to quickly find what it is that in a present moment causes me to be anxious. I then address the root cause and boom, anxiety is gone.
