Josh Money is the founder of Instruq and has been in law enforcement for over 28 years. He is Res Sergeant assigned to Investigations and Mobile Field Force. His responsibilities include Selective Enforcement Team, (S.E.T.), Community Education relating to Internet technology and social media. Terrorism Liaison Officer. Past assignments include Search and Rescue, Gang Enforcement, Warrant Service, Dignitary Protection, Harbor Patrol.
It is the mission of INSTRUQ to provide progressive and comprehensive advanced officer training to enhance the skills of law enforcement professionals at all levels. To utilize technology in the delivery of quality, relevant training that is both affordable and convenient to the individual and agency.
INSTRUQ was founded in 2013 in partnership with Los Angeles HIDTA and Los Angeles CLEAR to augment their current advanced officer training initiatives and provide training to law enforcement throughout the United States. We offer courses in Narcotics, Gang Investigation, Homicide Investigation, Technology, Financial Crimes Investigation, Psychology, Officer Survival and Mental Health to name a few. Our Instructors consist of active and retired law enforcement professionals who offer CONCEPTS, METHODS and EXPERTISE in their respective fields. All students who complete instruction will be issued a certificate of completion from Instruq and LA HIDTA/LA CLEAR. INSTRUQ tracks the progress of each student via our propriety web based video player. Students must have an active broadband internet connection to view courses.
When purchasing training, students have the choice to attend class in person at our Commerce CA training facility, watch the course via live video streaming or watch on demand shortly after the initial live stream. If an individual signs up to train in person and is unable to attend, they can watch the live stream from their home or office. If during the live stream the officer is called to duty, they can watch the training on demand and pick up where they left off when time permits.
INSTRUQ is only available to sworn law enforcement personnel and civilian support staff under the supervision of sworn law enforcement personnel. Each individual who registers must provide information that will allow Instruq to verify their employment status.
