A message from Jess:
From a very young age, all I’ve ever wanted to do was care for others. Growing up wanting to be a doctor, I then became a Registered Nurse in my adult life. I enjoy nursing but have always thought there are so many health problems that could be prevented. From my own personal experience, I thought I was living a pretty healthy life but it led me to some health issues and I couldn’t understand why. In my 30’s, I went through a difficult time mentally, physically, and emotionally and felt like I had hit rock bottom. I then found yoga and Ayurveda and that’s when my life changed. After many years of no answers from doctors and specialists, Ayurveda gave me answers. It was like all the lights came on and I truly understood the reason for my health problems. Ayurveda gave me the tools I needed to start healing myself.
Ayurveda saved me. My physical, mental, and emotional health is the best it’s been for a very long time and I continue to work on myself every day. From my own personal journey, I know how amazing this ancient science of Ayurveda is and now I want to share this knowledge with others. Ayurveda is my love and passion and I truly want to help others to take control of their own health, heal and move forward in life.
