Michelle's teachings span over 25 years of yoga, meditation and breathwork practice and bridge the space between the spiritual and the physical body.  She shares yoga and breathwork practices as a way for people to connect with themselves in a compassionate and loving way.  Her classes are anatomically informed, sprinkled with humour and invite personal introspection and heart connection.
