Hey Guys welcome to Episode one of the thrive podcast!!!!! In todays solo episode we talk about vision boards and how to be successful at attempting to accomplish your goals for the year you first need to adopt some new habits and let go of some not so great habits:

1. Wake up before or by 7AM and spend time with God
2. Start working consistently on the things you feel you are called to do
3. Limit your TV consumption
4. Limit your social lMedia Consumption
5. Get Daily exercise
6. Eat More healthy meals
7. Drink More water
8. Journal Daily
9. Spend more time learning reading consuming podcast
10. Spend more time with people who will aid in you stepping into your purpose

This list is just a starting point at what has been helping me to accomplish my many goals, what habits would you add to the list, I would love to know?
