First, a quick disclaimer. There was a glitch in the audio that resulted in less than stellar sound quality. So, we had a choice to re-record the podcast and sacrifice authenticity or run with what we had in spite of the 'not great' sound. After several philosophical discussions, we elected to run with what we had.
With that said, here is our second episode. In this, we get into our respective back stories. What lead us into the real estate industry, what we've learned and how we continue to maintain our focus. Whether you're a seasoned vet, newbie or real estate enthusiast, you will enjoy this one.
