It also holds all the “programs” that control the way you think, what you believe, the way you feel, act, react, and pretty much everything else that forms part of who you are.
The key to taking control of your subconscious mind is to raise your self-awareness. You can only realise you are self-sabotaging in your life and business once you shine a light on what your subconscious mind is getting you to do on a daily basis.
