Angelique argues differently - she believes effective negotiators get everyone to walk away with good results, and openly reach agreements!  She strongly advocates NOT to let your ego get in the way of a good negotiation (hmmm). That maybe easy to say, harder to do for some, but says Angelique, focus on the relationships instead. After all, don’t people buy from people?
