Surpressing emotions and bottling up won’t do you good especially when you’re feeling down. Allow yourself to be human, just feel your emotions and express them. It’s ok to allow yourself to express negative emotions on your bad days to let it all out for ONE day so that you can recharge your energy the next day to feel better.
