Description

The one and only Nurse Blue aka (Latrice Levitt) shares her story of her upbringing in Chicago. She is an undeniable force for Good on this planet. She is a nurse, health and wellness coach, musicologist and spiritual activist that is driven by a ferocious desire to live up to the her name BLUE, which stands for BUILD, LOVE, UNITE and EMPOWER people. Being around and knowing so many famous music Icons and how that exposure affected her mission and passion for vibrational frequencies and Soul Health drives her daily to help as many people as possible in her quest for Soul Health. Her father named Aretha Franklin, The Queen of Soul. All of the music greats like Barry Gordy, BB King and Joe Jackson were friends of Latrice's father and had a tremendous impact at Latrice witnessed and observed how her father interacted with these stars of Soul Music. Her father was one of Chicago's pioneering legends in the entertainment business and radio and blues Hall of Famer, Mr. Pervis Spann.

By embracing the principles and utilizing the the modalities of Soul Health, Nurse Blue has successfully released 35+ years of soul toxins that originated from battling the effects of chronic verbal, emotional and narcissistic abuse, bullying (both personally and professionally), devastating heartbreaks, sexual trauma, divorce, family betrayal, an autoimmune deficiency, loss of a child and the sudden death of a freind and ultimately, the death of her father all played a huge impact on her life, philosophy and direction her life has taken today!

Her love for people and lessons she learned from her father lead her into nursing and drove her to the work in healing. Later on she created programs for women to enhance their lives. While dealing with an autoimmune challenge and realizing that so many family members were experiencing many health challenges and chronic diseases she was motivated to learn about soul health to help raise the vibrational frequencies to help individuals heal themselves through natural alternatives. During our discussion we delve into the importance of music for the world and for Latrice and myself especially.

Our discussion covers the subject of stress and how our DNA stores stress through generations. Her work concentrates on how to release stress, anger, fear and grief. The lessons she learned and observed from her Father were extremely helpful in how she approaches helping people in her work currently.
