We love the affiliate model because it allows each gym to truly be individual and express their own selves. But as affiliate owners we can want to hide from that and pursue answers to the problems, rather than creating our own solutions. Therein lies the conversation about abdicating responsibility.
And it is a human problem. We all want someone to blame rather than looking at ourselves.
