Planning, forecasting, scheduling are all important parts of running an affiliate that often get overlooked. Planning for the next year for challenges, events, growth opportunities should start in Sept/Oct. Unfortunately many of us assume Christmas is the quiet season and a chance to catch our breath and we will wait to be flooded by the new year crowd on January 1.
But to ensure that actually happens and that December remains revenue positive, retention positive we need to plan.
