What’s the point of more leads if you don’t have the systems to support them?
Short answer? No point at all, well not if you want to keep them that is! It is easy to get trapped into the quick fix marketing of 50 leads a week or we can fill you gym. We get it. You need more revenue, and the only way that happens you think is more members.
BUT - do you have the processes to handle 50 new leads a week? And note we said leads not members! Those 50 will take a lot of work to convert to long term high value members. Who will do that work? Plus fit them into classes? Onboarding? Retention? And who’s ensuring your existing members are being taken care of before you were overcome with distraction?
You NEED systems & processes to ensure you can make the best of any lead opportunity that comes your way. Yes it’s not as fun or sexy as 50 leads, BUT done right it could mean you won’t need 50 leads a week and you can serve less people, at higher value, consistently well!
