In today's episode I chat to endurance and long distance runner Marty Fox. Marty quite notably and admirably ran 108 miles from Belfast to Dublin in under 23 hours to raise money for the Fight For Alfie charity, which aims to fund the fight against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Marty lives in Newry with his wife Niamh and their daughter Sophia.
