Description

Anger is tricky. Comes on fast, or sometimes takes a while to build up. Not to mention it makes itself known no matter where you are. Some of us like to sit in it, others push it away because they always stay positive. But is either one good?

No matter what, anger is something we all feel from time to time. Its also something we cause from time to time. The important thing, is learning how to manage it whether you feel it or cause it.

Even if you claim to always find the bright side, that doesn't mean you can't be angry or frustrated. In fact, in my experience if I claim to always be positive, I still have that anger on the back burner that I didn't deal with and it starts to grow. If instead I deal with the anger, it passes much faster and I can move on.

On the flip side, if we make someone angry, we have to learn to let them deal with it how they prefer. Everyone deals with it different and some take longer than others. If your a people pleaser, you most likely want nothing more than to hear you are forgiven. And quickly. Thats not always how it works.
