Description

I use the word can't a lot and later conclude that I can, I just don't want to. Why? Because i'm tired, or its hard and I don't want to try, or because i want to finish what i'm doing.

Very rarely do I find something that can't happen. The thing we need to do might be difficult or take a long time to figure out, but most times can be done.

Its a change in mindset to replace can't with won't. Because then the decision falls upon us. Won't is not a bad thing, it just makes us take ownership. We won't do something because we need to stay focused on the task at hand. We won't do something because we know it will be a bad experience or dangerous.

How would your mindset change if you started saying won't instead of can't? "I can, but won't", "I can, but not right now."
