What habits die hard? Overeating? eating junk? Maybe getting frustrated? When we think of bad habits usually its because we're going through a stressful season of life, some type of change, something to make our bodies and brains go into instinctual mode of fight or flight. We go into survival mode.
Some habits you might now think about is having anxious thoughts, maybe projecting old, current, or new insecurities onto others. Maybe you get defensive when someone challenges you or gives you some feedback you weren't expecting.
No matter who that person is: someone you look up to, someone you are not a fan of, someone you don't care to hear feedback from. Consider they might have something you need to hear. Even if you don't retain everything they said, some of it might be useful.
