Description

How does fear affect you? Do you turn away and numb it somehow? Or do you think "challenge accepted" and go right towards it?

Fear comes at us in lots of different ways: fear of failure, imposter syndrome, the "what if" game, and so many more. Marianne and I talked a lot about what it looks like for us to challenge that and work through it. Turning that nervous energy that comes from fear and using it as adrenaline to take that action.
