We have a tendency to want to label things to organize them. Not just on drawers or cabinets, but ourselves, relationships, etc.

What labels have been put on you that need to come off? Maybe someone called you lazy, stupid, impatient, or incapable and its not true but it took root. It make take peeling some layers as its been stuck for a while, but I'd bet with some persistence, some of those can come off. Maybe you were called something and you choose to take it as a positive regardless of how it was meant, because why not?!

Have you put labels on yourself that need to come off?

We also tend to need to put labels on processes, relationships and other things because we need to decide what we think about them, how we feel about them, and where we want to file them.
