First - what has stayed the same as I put together this March 2022 real estate market update is that the demand for the Southwest Florida lifestyle is remaining strong as we went through Q1 2022. Overall, our data shows new listings have risen since the end of last year, over the recent three-month period. If new listings continue to come on the market in the upcoming months, this will certainly offer more options for buyers who have been working hard to find the right home among the Naples area’s limited home inventory.
