Should you replace or update your appliances? Which ones are the most important to home buyers? Today we review a survey summarized by Realtor.com from Cinch Home Services. They surveyed home sellers who identified which top six appliances and home systems they would upgrade before selling their home . . and why they think it's worth making these improvements. This is a good conversation for home buyers, as well! When we're out with home buyers, they question and ask questions about some of these same appliances and home systems. Home inspectors put the appliances through a full cycle of operation to confirm they're in working order. Listen to this episode to learn what the top six appliances/home systems the surveyed home sellers are willing to upgrade.
