Peter Brown is a competive CrossFit athlete who used fitness & the right support to completely transform his body & his life from drugs & alcohol to a healthy & fit lifestyle. He has now been clean and sober for over 13 years. Peter just took 1st place in the RX division CrossFit masters fitness collective and he is working everyday towards his goal to one day make the CrossFit games. This is a super inspiring episode, it goes to show that anything is possible with commitment & consistency.
