I explain why many people with chronic headaches are unknowingly using their head and neck to compensate for issues happening elsewhere in their body, and why focusing treatment only on the neck or skull leaves so many people stuck. I also go deep into how bones actually bend, expand, and store energy - including your skull - and why limited movement and pressure inside the head can create the classic symptoms of head pain, tension, and that behind-the-eye ache.

You’ll hear how things like your center of gravity, posture, foot mechanics, lifting habits, and rib or pelvic stiffness can overload the head and cause it to work overtime just to keep you balanced. And I walk through how whole-body treatment, not just treating the painful area, helped this patient finally break the cycle of daily headaches.
