- 4 oz Empress Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Blackberry Syrup
- Splash Grenadine (or maraschino cherry juice)
- Blackberry Sparking Water
Over ice layer ingredients minus sparkling water in a glass mixing glass or shaker for full color changing effect.
Stir or shake and strain into a frosted glass and top with sparkling water.
