Many times we get to hard places in life because of our own thinking...which is good news, because we can ultimately control our thoughts! It takes practice and intentional effort but when we fully own responsibility of our brain, we will experience results...this is similar to wanting to edit our physical health and fitness. So this week I am going to be talking about our mental fitness and how inaccurate thoughts, when repeated, can turn into false beliefs.
