I find myself getting in my own way a lot of the time when I'm building self-trust. Self-trust is deeper than doing what you say you're going to do. Yes, doing what we say we're going to do is very important, but we live in a fallen world, so life throws curve balls at us, and if the only measurement of our success was doing everything we planned, we'd be frustrated. This week we are going to cover eight exercises to help build up our self trust.
