The Balkan wars were brought to a shaky close in 1995 with the Dayton accords.Only 4 years later, a US led NATO force bombed Serbia in 1999 in response to Serb aggression against Kosovo. Since then a tenuous peace existed in the region - until now. Threats of invasion, secession, and separation have only become louder with Putin’s invasion of Ukraine. What will happen next?
