Description

We have so much to talk about this week, and we hope you take some time to join us. North Carolina is now smack in the middle of the abortion access debate. Governor Roy Cooper promises to veto the new 12-week abortion ban, but the Republicans have a supermajority and will likely overturn the veto. We also discuss why mental health reform is necessary, particularly in light of the killing of Jordan Neely on a New York City subway. There is also the looming crisis of debt fault, as there is still no agreement on raising the debt ceiling. Unfortunately, we must also talk about Donal Trump, his "town hall" on CNN, losing a civil case to E. Jean Carrol, and many other legal troubles. Plus, the end of Title 42 and its impact on immigration. All of that, and so much more, on this week's episode of The Deal.
