Oops, this is actually episode 11 (not 12). Anyway, we all know we're stuck in algorithms and generally on our phones too much, but do we truly realize how all this media consumption is affecting our well-being? I think a great way to recharge our minds and spirits is to reduce our overall media consumption and change the type of media we consume. The world is totally messed up, but instead of constantly reminding ourselves of this, what if we try unplugging from the chaos and reconnecting with our genuine human experiences. It's worth a shot.
