This week, Carol and Steph dive in to the 174 bus hostage crisis, which happened as somewhat of a direct result of the Candelária massacre. The situation and it’s subsequent deaths were live streamed to hundreds of thousands of people, all as a probable consequence of bad police work and a negligent state.
