Christmas 2022, recollecting on sports icons of years gone by, such as the Detroit Pistons Bad Boys era. One of my favorite cast of characters led by Isaiah Thomas, along with Bill Laimbeer, Rick Mahorn, Dennis Rodman, Vinny The Microwave Johnson, Joe Dumars and John Salley. This team played ferocious defense like non other. Then a take on WWE superstar Stone Cold Steve Austin, to Olympic Gold medalist boxer Sugar Ray Leonard, who had an iconic professional boxing career as well. As a legitimate legally tagged (senior citizen), this podcaster qualifies for some senior specials, going back to the past is quite a treat, reliving those special sporting events, those stand out athletes who were in their young prime. And now most of them are flying by in their sixties, and seventies. Time is swiftly moving and history in sports is being made everyday it seems. My Sunday podcasts about sports has brought me a lot of fun for nearly a hour an episode, I may rethink my mission. However mental health is as important to myself, to help others seek help when needed. I hope people find my podcast and I hope it can help people forget their problems for a few minutes.
