Here is another great interview with Chris Leintz who has been with us for 6 months. He gives some great tips he follows to transform his body and achieve weight loss and body toning. He is self employed and his work demands a lot from him. He started to notice that he needed to maintain his strength, so he can continue with his work. Chris has managed to improve his body and life by doing the next tips. Without further introduction, here is Chris’ interview:
Sandro, “Tell me about your story, tell me the moment you decided to change your life and came to see me asking for help to get in shape and hire a Personal Trainer.
Chris, “I have worked out in the past and enjoyed it and knew the benefits of it, but my job requirement, both time and physical. I was starting to struggle with being able to physically do my job. I am a carpenter and it's pretty heavy work and I'm getting older, so, and I was starting to get unhappy about it and I didn't want to give up.”
Sandro, “How old are you?
Chris, “I will be sixty four in a couple weeks. So I knew that the best or most, what I felt was the most direct way to change some of my situation was to get back into exercise because it would make me stronger and it would also sharpen my mind. Because it really does do that. It gives you better focus, it gives you, gives me a different place, a different output to do my job which is pretty consuming of my time in my thoughts and my energy. So it's been great in that respect to come here...”

That is a very motivational interview. This is what I got from Chris:
Affect your life directly by taking action and exercise.
The pain and discomfort of exercise is worth the results.
Always do your best. If you need to lose 20 pounds, train like you need to lose 40.
Model a role model. If they are doing better than you, copy them and you will get the same.
If you want to stay accountable to your goals, find a group of people who have the same objective. They will keep you committed to your goals.
