Food, booze... it's the season of 'detoxing'. There's another (sometimes overlooked) addictive little screen in your pocket that many people are trying to develop more healthy boundaries with. It's called a digital detox. While some people take to an extreme of no screens at all for a month, that isn't an option for everyone.
