Millennials, Boomers and Gen X are leaving urban areas as Gen Z is moving in. The top 5 most moved to cities for Gen Z are Washington DC, Columbia S.C., Boston, MA, Atlanta, GA and Austin, TX. (According to Today's Homeowner) This comes on the heels of news that young people are waiting longer and longer to get their driver's licenses. What is the appeal of city living for these 18-24 year olds? We're sharing our theories.
