“Dorothy Marquet is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), with an undergraduate degree in Fine Art Photography. Marquet grew up on a farm in York Springs, Pennsylvania, a small town near Gettysburg. Subsequent to her love for filmmaking and photography was a childhood filled with drawing and painting and inspiration from her mother who is also an artist. Marquet explores the intricacies of nature that are often overlooked and the association of human and organic imagery.”
