“As a filmmaker, I like to set some limitations and force myself to work within them as I believe that this pushes my creativity. I like my work to shed light on certain topics or people, but not really provide an opinion, judgment or message as I believe I am in no position to judge any person or situation, so I simply want to 'show'. I prefer to keep my films confined and minimalistic, I don't have a particular motivation for that, but I think I was inspired by Ingmar Bergman's style of filmmaking which I think is very powerful.”
