In this episode, I am sharing a few of my views on NY resolutions.
How many of us come up with crazy resolutions that we are determined to start, but not as committed to accomplish?
How many of us celebrate the moment when the old is released in the year that has now passed, the year that we put behind midnight time and how very excited we are to welcome the unknown newness that brings the year ahead?
How many of us are giving up on that excitement and determination that we start this new quest upon the arrival of new year somewhere mid-January? How many of us are finding excuses on why we cannot do it or try to convince ourselves that it is not realistic, so let's move onto the next one... sometime next year maybe? How many of us are still trying to deal with resolutions created a few years back and dragged into your present because this might just be the year when you will actually not only take action, but keep up the momentum?
