I am your host, Diana Elena Matei, a Holistic Practitioner who loves energy medicine, a good laugh and connecting with other Lightworkers and people in need of guidance. Years ago, I was not feeling safe to share what I knew or what I felt it would have been beneficial at the time. I have created this podcast as a sacred, safe space for me, for you and for us all to be our authentic selves. I was in a dark place for over a decade dealing with my fears... until one day when I just pressed the RESET button - so hard that I got physically sick countless times. Nonetheless, I allowed the fears to crack me open for my inner light to be uncovered. Ever since, I choose myself everyday, I choose to shine my light by sharing bits of my story knowing that it is going to support you on your journey, if you allow it to.
