Lauren is a world champion, Commonwealth Games medallist and two time Olympian in artistic gymnastics and has turned to a career as a radiographer in one of Western Australia’s top hospitals. I was pretty nervous recording with Lauren as the first podcast guest however, Lauren was such a blast to interview and shares some absolute gems of wisdom throughout this episode.
