My lifelong focus has been working with the Self-Knowledge Method (SKM) and lately the digital version: my Insight Out (mIO).
The SKM conquered my heart in 1980 and I am still enthusiastic, Why?
I think it's fantastic that people find wisdom within themselves with both self-reflection methods. And when I work as coach with this ingenious technique, I do not have to rely on my interpretations. I can use all my attention to create a field and follow the process with curiosity and empathy. Both tools make underlying feelings visible that, in all their complexity, could not simply be expressed in language. The outcome is always wyrd: Heartwarming.
