Steven began his journey in Automotive Sales at B-K Motors in 2000. In March 2002 he was the first salesperson to use the ONE-EIGHTY CRM system. He began working with ONE-EIGHTY CORP. In January 2005 and since then has had the privilege of observing, coaching and training sales teams in best practices at over 200 stores across Canada.
Steven has also published a book called “Buy or Die” – filled with best practices for any salesperson in the car business to follow, available now on Amazon.
