Huge shoutout to Sal for being the first grad student to come on the pod! Sal is currently a Master's student in the Agroecology program at UW-Madison. Quickly approaching his thesis defense this spring, he plans to graduate with Jeremy in spring '23. Sal and Jeremy started working together on his project this past summer. Many of the details of the project are sprinkled in throughout this episode as well as a few of the many things Sal enjoys when he's outside of the lab. California born, Sal also shares his story as to how he stumbled upon the best state that the U.S. has to offer–Wisconsin. In conclusion, two legends team up to make episode 51 one to remember (obviously). This is Sal Grover.
